- Service Incompletion: If Stellar Pathology Consultations PLLC is unable to complete your pathology consultation due to unforeseen technical issues on our end (e.g., inability to access submitted materials due to technical failure), a full refund will be provided.
You understand and agree that no refunds will be issued once the consultation service process has begun. This process involves the allocation of physician time and expertise for the review of diagnostic materials prior to the issuance of the consultation report, making it a costly procedure once initiated. This “no refund” policy applies even if the consultation is not fully completed or the report is not yet issued, except for the specific instance of service incompletion on our part as outlined above.
- Refund Request Process

Our goal is to resolve refund requests within ninety (90) business days of receiving all necessary information. This timeframe allows for thorough investigation, especially in complex situations.

Full Refunds: If a refund is approved due to service incompletion on our part, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
No Refunds After Service Initiation: As stated in Section 1, no refunds will be issued once the consultation service process has begun, except in cases of service incompletion caused by Stellar Pathology.
Refund Time Frame: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within ninety (90) business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.
Communication of Denial: If a refund request is denied, we will communicate the reasons for the denial to you in writing (via email or mail).
